Coverage FAQs

What limits are available?

  • The maximum limit for our directors & officers liability, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability coverages parts is $5M (subject to class of business and state of domicile).
  • The maximum limit for our crime, employed lawyers liability, and kidnap & ransom coverage parts is $1M.

Is coverage issued on admitted paper?

Coverage is admitted with an A+ rated carrier in all states excluding AK, FL, HI, LA, MO, NY & WA.

Can you customize policies?

Yes, we provide the ability for policyholders to customize policies and include selected coverage parts (employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, employed lawyers liability, crime and/or kidnap & ransom) in addition to directors & officers liability, which is a required coverage part. 

What types of organizations are eligible under Victor's program?

Privately held organizations that have been in operation for at least three years with annual revenues up to $50M. 

Excluded classes: Accounting firms, aerospace, biotech, cannabis/tobacco related entities, collection agencies, entertainment, financial institutions, foreign domiciled entities, for-profit education, for-profit healthcare, golf/country clubs, government agencies, law firms, mining, oil & gas, public entities, sports leagues/teams, staffing firms, and tribal/sovereign nations entities.
