How do I get a quote from Victor?

You can quote, bind and issue policies with our online portal, V². Register or log in to access V².

Who do I contact if I have questions during the underwriting process?

Please send all underwriting questions to private.us@victorinsurance.com

How do I bind coverage and when will I receive a policy?

It is important to review the quote for the list of subjectivities. Requests to order coverage should be sent to private.us@victorinsurance.com along with the requested effective date, quote option details and confirmation of quote subjectivities. 

How do I pay?

Visit make a payment to review instructions for submitting payments for agency billed and direct billed policies. 

What is the claims reporting process?

What limits are available?

  • Up to $5M
  • Shared or separate limits available

Is coverage issued on admitted paper?

Coverage is admitted in 45 states with an A+ rated carrier*

*Available on a non-admitted basis in AK, HI, MO, NY & WA
*Admitted in Florida (excluding Kidnap & Ransom coverage part)
*Admitted in Louisiana (excluding Crime coverage part)

Can you customize policies?

Yes, we provide the ability for policyholders to customize policies and include selected coverage parts (Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Employed Lawyers Liability, Crime and/or Kidnap & Ransom) in addition to Directors & Officers Liability, which is a required coverage part. 

What types of organizations are eligible under Victor's program?

  • Privately held organizations
  • Up to $50M in annual revenue
  • At least three years in operation or at least three years of management experience.
