Two-step vertification (as known as multifactor authentication) is now live! Please note: it is not required for colleagues and internal users.
Two-step verification adds extra protection for you, your clients, and our system, by confirming your identity with a verification code to gain access to your account.
If you already set up your two-step verification device/method, simply enter your credentials and check your preferred device/method for the temporary code needed to log in.
However, if you did not set up a device/method yet, you will automatically receive the temporary code via email.
After you login, you can then add an additional device/method if you prefer to use text, phone or an authenticator app. Simply select "security settings" under account settings in the top right dashboard and follow the instructions to connect a different device.
