Private Company Management Liability

NOTE: Victor has discontinued the Management Liability program in the United States, effective June 1, 2026.

Impacted products are Non‑Profit Management Liability and Private Company Management Liability. New business submissions will no longer be accepted. The Kidnap & Ransom product will remain in place and is not impacted. 

What this means for agents/brokers:

  • New business submissions will not be accepted after 12:00 p.m. ET on June 1, 2026; quotes issued prior to that date will be honored.
  • Renewals will be issued through August 31, 2026.  Victor will not have authority to issue or renew Management Liability policies effective September 1, 2026 and beyond.
  • In-force policies will remain in effect through their scheduled expiration and will not be cancelled early.
  • If loss runs are required, please send your request to managementliability.us@victorinsurance.com.
  • There will be no change in the claims reporting process. Insureds should continue to report claims directly to our carrier partner.
