How do i get a quote from Victor?

Who should i contact if i have questions during the underwriting process?

How do i issue coverage and when will i receive a policy?

Please send policy issuance requests to the contractors equipment underwriting team by emailing or dialling (800) 944-7472.

How do i pay?

Visit Make a Payment to review instructions for submitting payments for agency billed and direct billed policies. 

If i select direct bill, when will the invoice be sent to the insured?

The invoice is generated the day after the policy is issued. Payment in full is due thirty days after the effective date. 

What is the claims reporting process?

Coverage FAQs

What is the maximum limit of coverage available?

We provide limits of up to $10M for each individual piece of equipment and up to $10M total scheduled value.

How many pieces of equipment can be insured?

There is no limit on the number of pieces of equipment. 

What is your target market/appetite?

Most types of contractors are eligible. We also provide coverage for entities that have mobile equipment exposures (warehouses, schools, manufacturing, municipalities, and other types of commercial risks). For more information, check out our contractors equipment appetite guide

Is coverage issued on admitted paper?

Coverage is admitted with an A++ rated carrier.

In how many states is coverage available?

Coverage is available in 48 states and D.C. (not available in Hawaii or Alaska).
