Service for existing policies and renewals

All AmTrust and Coalition Cyber policies will be transitions to ProWriters, Victor's digital cyber wholesalers.

Almost all policies bound through Victor for Agents are affected. 

Transitioning to BTIS

Existing policies will remain in force and honored according to their terms, however renewals and claims support for the following policies will transition to BTIS. 

  • AmTrust: Workers Compensation
  • BTIS: General Liability
  • CNA: Business Owners’ Policy, Workers Compensation
  • Coterie: Business Owners’ Policy, General Liability, Professional Liability
  • Employers: Workers Comp
  • Hiscox: Business Owners’ Policy, General Liability, Professional Liability
  • Liberty Mutual: Business Owners’ Policy, General Liability, Workers Compensation
  • Markel: Workers Compensation
  • Pathpoint: Business Owners’ Policy, General Liability

Note: Homesite will not renew existing BOP and General Liability policies written with Victor. More information will be provided for future options for these policies soon. 

Staying with Victor 

The following business lines and policies will remain at Victor   

  • Rainbow BOP policies will transition to our wholesale operation, Victor Access
  • AMERISAFE Workers Comp will transition to our wholesale operation, Victor Access
  • Neptune Flood will transition to Torrent
  • Coalition and AmTrust cyber policies will transition to ProWriters, recently acquired digital wholesaler specializing in cyber

Not affected

The following business written with Victor Specialty and ICAT will not be affected, including:

  • Auto Dealers
  • Builders Risk
  • Contractors Equipment
  • Architects & Engineers Professional Liability
  • Developers E&O
  • Forest & Logging
  • Kidnap & Ransom
  • Non-profit and Private Management Liability

Effective December 15, Victor Small Business will no longer accept new business submissions in Victor for Agents. Please ensure any pending submissions are processed before this date.

After December 15, new business opportunities should be directed to BTIS or Victor Access, as appropriate.

I have important information to share regarding Victor Small Business. After careful consideration, Victor has made the difficult decision to close Victor Small Business and the Victor for Agents quoting platform at the end of the year. All existing policies bound through Victor Small Business are affected by this closure.

Note: Policies and business bound with Victor Specialty and ICAT will not be affected.

This change reflects Victor’s strategic focus to grow our core specialty programs, our wholesale business, and developing innovative middle market solutions to better meet the evolving needs of you and your clients in these segments.

Taking care of our existing Victor Small Business agency partners is a top priority. To ensure a seamless transition, we are transitioning the bulk of our current book of small business to BTIS, a leading MGA and one of our existing providers. In addition, a few of our programs and lines of business will continue to be managed through Victor.

Existing policies

New business

Victor Small Business will not accept policies with effective dates beyond December 15, 2025. Please ensure any pending submissions in Victor for Agents are processed before this date.
