Brian Pierce is the Chief Underwriting Officer at Victor US responsible for leading and developing underwriting strategy across the firm. Prior to this role, Brian was the Specialty P/C Leader for Victor responsible for developing the property practice and working to expand markets and offerings.
Prior to joining Victor, Brian was with ProSight Specialty Insurance where he held several senior leadership roles, including Niche President of Real Estate & Automotive Service, Vice President of Commercial Underwriting & Product Development, and Business & Strategic Development Executive for Information Technologies. Prior to this, he held senior leadership and underwriting positions at Fireman’s Fund and Chubb. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Ithaca College.
