Ashleigh Cashman is responsible for the strategic direction of Victor’s US managing general underwriting businesses, and co-leads the development and management of Victor’s underwriting capacity for the US and Canada.

Ms. Cashman has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to her current role, Ashleigh was President of ICAT, Victor’s catastrophe property insurance MGA and previously served in various leadership roles within the underwriting department. Ashleigh has additionally been responsible for the development of underwriting capital at ICAT for over half of her career. Before joining ICAT, Ms. Cashman was a securities analyst for a portfolio management company where her responsibilities included creating and monitoring equity portfolios and analyzing potential investment opportunities.

Ms. Cashman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a major in financial management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
