You can report all damages to your broker. They will guide you through the claim settlement process.

You can report the following damages directly via the portal below using your login details.

If you need immediate assistance, such as towing, you can contact SOS International at 020 651 51 51, available 24 hours a day.

If your vehicle has been stolen, you must notify the following organizations:

  • Police: 0900 – 8844;
  • Foundation Insurance Bureau for Vehicle Crime (VbV): 055-741 00 01 (option 2);
  • (if applicable) Tesla Service Center: 0800-0200160.

Please contact us on the next business day to report the damage.

We are available from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. If you have an emergency outside of office hours that cannot wait, you can reach us 24 hours a day at 010 40 60 036.

CLAIM HANDLING PROCESS

If you file a claim, it is recorded in the CIS database. This recording occurs as soon as you, or someone else, reports a claim for which insurance coverage has been requested – this also applies if no payment is made or if you decide to pay the claim yourself. The registration occurs regardless of who is liable for the claim, or whether it falls under your policy conditions or your deductible.
