You can report all damages, except for damage to your car, to your intermediary. They will assist you in the settlement of the damage. For auto damages, you can send an email to autoschade@victorinsurance.com or report it via the portal using your login credentials.

If you need immediate assistance, such as towing, you can contact SOS International at 020 651 51 51, available 24 hours a day.

If your vehicle has been stolen, you must notify the following organizations:

  • Police: 0900 – 8844;
  • Foundation Insurance Bureau for Vehicle Crime (VbV): 055-741 00 01 (option 2);
  • (if applicable) Tesla Service Center: 0800-0200160.

Please contact us on the next business day to report the damage.

We are available from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. If you have an emergency outside of office hours that cannot wait, you can reach us 24 hours a day at 010 40 60 036.
