Response times

We apply the following response times:

Your questions about existing and new insurance policies will be answered within a maximum of 10 business days.

You will receive confirmation of whether a new insurance application has been accepted within a maximum of 10 business days.

We will amend or adjust your current insurance policy (including your termination request) within a maximum of 10 business days of your request.

You will receive your new policy endorsement (including a new certificate of insurance, if applicable) within a maximum of 10 business days of the amendment or adjustment.

We will assess your claim within a maximum of 10 business days, including the confirmation of receipt of your claim and the information we need for the claim file.

Your potential compensation will be paid within a maximum of 5 business days after all information is available to finalize your claim.

We will process your complaint within a maximum of 5 business days. You will receive confirmation from us.

If we are unable to meet the promised response time, we will notify you of our expected response.
