Victor Insurance operates as an Authorized Agent. This is a professional financial services provider authorized ('power of attorney') to act directly on behalf of one or more insurers or banks. An authorized agent performs almost everything that an insurer, mortgage bank, or finance company does. However, an authorized agent does not bear any financial risks themselves. This is legally stipulated. An authorized agent has its own license from the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
