We primarily offer insurance solutions suitable for business risks, and to some extent for private risks, including beach pavilions and beach clubs (hospitality), surf/kite clubs, and beach huts (private individuals or collective associations).
Within the pavilions/beach clubs, we distinguish between objects that are permanently located on the beach and operational, and objects that are dismantled and stored during the winter season. Beach huts are inherently seasonal, located on the beach, and stored during the winter.
Originally, the product was specifically available for locations on the beach or the first dune row. More recently, there has been a development toward ‘freshwater pavilions,’ hospitality venues along rivers or lakes, sometimes with a natural or artificial beach, and built with traditional wooden structures typical of pavilions. These are not typically insurable in the regular fire market. However, based on identical conditions and premiums, the product is also accessible for these locations.
