Tim McDougald is Victor’s Growth and Distribution Leader, responsible for….
Prior to his current role, Tim served as President of Victor’s US Specialty business from 2024 to the end of 2025. Tim brings a wealth of leadership and insurance experience spanning 35 years at Victor and Marsh where he served in a variety of leadership roles in both New York and Boston. He began his career at Marsh in 1989 as a Large Accounts Casualty broker.
He graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics.
