The insurance covers the legal liability of the Policyholder/Insured Person, deriving from the carrying out of experiments on pharmaceutical formulations and/or therapeutic practices and/or investigations, for damages caused to the health of patients, personal injuries and economic losses deriving therefrom, manifested during the carrying out of the experimentation and in any case within the terms of validity of the policy.
