Access and Security

Creating accounts to access the Car Dealer platform is the sole responsibility of the Victor Insurance Italia system administrator. To request these, please contact cdp_supporto@victorinsurance.com or call the dealer Technical-Commercial Support Number: 02 4853 8899.

The password associated with your personal account can be reset by clicking the Recover password link on the login page.

Upon logging in, the platform, after validating the username and password entered, sends the user a verification code to the email address that must be entered and validated in the appropriate field.

The platform is hosted on the MMC Group's IT infrastructure servers, which is equipped with the most advanced security techniques. On the application side, no data is accessible unless the user is logged in and has the permissions to view a specific item.

No, there are no restrictions on accessing the platform from different devices and/or locations.
