About the Architects & Engineers (A&E) Professional Liability risk management webcast

Each year, Victor Canada hosts an A&E risk management webcast designed specifically for professional architects, engineers and design consultants. These sessions explore the latest industry challenges, emerging risks and practical strategies to help you protect your projects and your firm. By attending, you can gain valuable insights, learn from real-life claims examples and connect with insurance and legal specialists who understand the unique risks you face. NOTE: Existing eligible policyholders of Victor Canada's A&E professional liability program can receive a premium reduction of up to $2,500 off their next policy renewal for participation in our A&E risk management webcast.* See below for further details.

*Premium reduction

  • Existing eligible policyholders (insureds) of the Victor Canada A&E professional liability program who meet the criteria for satisfactory participation in a Victor Canada A&E risk management webcast (i.e., logged in individually, not as a group and be logged in for the full duration of the webcast) can receive a certificate to submit to their broker at their next policy renewal.
  • The premium reduction is $250 per attendee, up to a maximum of the lesser of 10% of the premium or $2,500 per firm.
  • The premium reduction certificate must be submitted to the Victor Canada policyholder’s broker at the time of the next policy renewal. It can also be used for continuing education credits with the policyholder’s professional association(s), where applicable.

Not accredited for brokers

  • Insurance brokers are welcome to attend our A&E risk management webcasts. However, these webcasts are not accredited for brokers. Brokers will not receive a continuing education certificate for participation in these webcasts.

  • Our webcasts are accredited for continuing education in all provinces, including Quebec.
  • To receive a credit(s) and a course completion certificate for a Victor Canada broker webcast, attendees must be logged in for the full session and correctly answer 3 out of 5 accreditation questions.
  • The credit(s) is/are a continuing education credit(s) in General or Technical Insurance.
  • A detailed report confirming your participation and attendance during our webcasts are provided to your regulatory body.
  • Group participation does not qualify for a continuing education credit(s). Brokers participating as a group will not receive accreditation, per provincial licensing requirements.
