Promotional Campaign Name: All promotional campaigns will be marketed under ‘Victor Rewards’
Promotion Eligibility: Unless otherwise noted, Victor Rewards is open to licensed insurance agents, brokers and their employees, who have successfully registered for the “Victor For Agents” platform, who are legal residents of the 50 United States and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry.
By entering a Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all Promotional Materials (collectively, the “Official Rules”).
Promotional Campaign Specifics: Each promotional campaign, offered by Victor Insurance Managers, is subject to specific eligibility terms as detailed below under ‘Promotional Campaigns’. A Promotional Campaign may further define eligibility to a subset of brokers and / or may also be subject to meeting specific eligibility conditions specific to the promotional campaign.
Promotion Period: During designated incentive time periods throughout 2024 as communicated in promotional materials. Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the promotion at any time for any reason.*
Prizes: Gift cards in various denominations, from various vendors.*

Promotional Campaigns
Victor Insurance Managers will be running multiple promotional campaigns throughout 2024. These Terms and Conditions will be updated to reflect the current active campaigns throughout the year.
The promotional campaigns below are currently active for the periods described under each section:
Victor Rewards: Promotion #1
Promotion Description: Eligible participants who qualify for entry into Victor Rewards: Promotion #1 will have the option to open a digital rewards box and claim a promotional prize during the specified promotional period.
Promotion Qualification: Insurance agents, brokers and their employees who use the “Victor For Agents” platform to submit a new business application, who have not previously used the platform to submit a new business application within the last 90 days, qualify for Victor Rewards: Promotion #1.
Promotion Entry: There are two ways to enter. 1) Submit a new business application subject to promotion qualification during the promotion period. 2) Enter by mail and mail a 3 x 5 postcard with your name, agency name, address, email address and telephone number to Victor Insurance Managers, LLC (Victor Rewards), Attn: Victor Marketing Department, 7700 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 400 Bethesda, MD 20814
Promotion Prizes: Gift cards in various denominations from different vendors. Prizes will be awarded to all eligible participants who qualify for Victor Rewards: Promotion #1 during the applicable promotion period.
Promotion Period: The promotion period for Victor Rewards: Promotion #1 is 03/01/24 – 05/01/24
Victor Rewards: Promotion #2
Promotion Description: Eligible participants who qualify for entry into Victor Rewards: Promotion #2 will have the option to spin a digital rewards wheel and claim a promotional prize during the specified promotional period.
Promotion Qualification: Insurance agents, brokers and their employees who use the “Victor For Agents” platform to issue a new business policy qualify for Victor Rewards: Promotion #2.
Promotion Entry: There are two ways to enter. 1) Issue a new business policy subject to promotion qualification during the promotion period. 2) Enter by mail and mail a 3 x 5 postcard with your name, agency name, address, email address and telephone number to Victor Insurance Managers, LLC (Victor Rewards), Attn: Victor Marketing Department, 7700 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 400 Bethesda, MD 20814
Promotion Prizes: Gift cards in various denominations from different vendors. Prizes will be awarded to all eligible participants who qualify for Victor Rewards: Promotion #2 during the applicable promotion period.
Promotion Period: The promotion period for Victor Rewards: Promotion #2 is 03/01/24 – 05/01/24
Victor Rewards: Promotion #3
Promotion Name: Victor Rewards: Promotion #3
Promotion Description: Eligible participants who qualify for entry into Victor Rewards: Promotion #3 will be entered into a once (1) monthly drawing where a single participant will be selected at random as the promotion winner.
Promotion Qualification: Insurance agents, brokers and their employees who enter and qualify for either Victor Rewards: Promotion #1 or Victor Rewards: Promotion #2 qualify for a single entry in Victor Rewards: Promotion #3. Qualifying participants for Victor Rewards: Promotion #3 will be limited to a single entry.
Promotion Entry: There are two ways to enter. 1) Enter and qualify for either Victor Rewards: Promotion #1 or Victor Rewards: Promotion #2. 2) Enter by mail and mail a 3 x 5 postcard with your name, agency name, address, email address and telephone number to Victor Insurance Managers, LLC (Victor Rewards), Attn: Victor Marketing Department, 7700 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 400 Bethesda, MD 20814
Promotion Prizes: One (1) $500 gift card awarded monthly during the applicable promotion period.
Promotion Period: The promotion period for Victor Rewards: Promotion #3 is 03/01/24 – 05/01/24
Further specifics for Victor Reward: Promotion #3:
- The draw will take place on the 15th of the month, and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received in the previous month.
- The Winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw and will be informed as to how to claim the prize. All awards will be subject to verification of the award winner . The email used for notification will be the email on-file for that agent’s login to Victor for Agents.
- Winner will have 72 hours to claim the prize, or the prize will be forfeited.
- It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize claim to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
- The Promoter has no responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take their prize and unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
Privacy and Use Of Participants Data
1. Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with these terms and the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: www.victorinsurance.com/us/privacy-notice.html
2. By entering the promotion, participants agree that their information may be processed and used by the Promoter for the purpose of the promotion or any associated publicity. The Promoter may share participants’ data with third parties for promotion administration and prize fulfilment purposes.
3. The Promoter may announce the names and workplace and display the images of the winners, including through Victor’s internal websites, Victor for Agents, and social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
4. Winners’ names and likeness may be used in connection with reasonable publicity without payment.
Release
a. By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
b. By entering the Promotion, a participant explicitly releases, discharges and holds harmless the Sponsor, their successors, estates and assigns and all their respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees, one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental or consequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including attorneys' fees and/or experts' fees and costs, which he/she now has or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. By accepting a prize, winner waives the right to 1) assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and 2) claim any liability (including attorneys' fees and/or experts' fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize (including any travel related thereto).
c. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution or exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a prize or force majeure.
General Conditions
a) Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion or any part of it, if any fraud, mechanical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper function of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Promotion, notice thereof will be sent via email to all eligible entrants.
b) Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it deems to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made,
c) Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
d) Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
e) Promoter’s decision and the Official Rules are final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion.
f) The Promoter may eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it determines have breached the Official Rules.
g) The Promoter may amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability .
h) The Promoter and its agents, including Victor, take no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost, for whatever reason.
i) The Promoter and its agents, including Victor, accept no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agents will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agents.
Limitations of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) mechanical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or faulty equipment; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion; (4) any error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) any line failures or failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Website or any other error or malfunction; (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, and (7) technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously lost or otherwise destroyed, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of- pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONOF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU
