Deema Ismail
Deema Ismail is Chief Financial Officer for Victor, responsible for all aspects of finance across the organization, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, benchmarking, and cost management.
Deema began her career at Ernst & Young and has worked exclusively in the financial services industry. Deema has been with Marsh for approximately 25 years, spending the majority of her career with the company. Prior to joining Victor in 2022, she held a variety of roles supporting different businesses. In her role as CFO at Victor, she has been afforded an opportunity to further expand her knowledge of MGA/MGUs and Wholesale.
Deema holds a Bachelor of Science from New York University’s Stern School of Business, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds Six Sigma certification.
