Leo Andrews is UK Charity, Care & Faith Product Lead and responsible for developing and executing Victor’s product strategy in the sector.
Leo joined Victor in February 2025 and brings 17 years of experience in underwriting. Prior to Victor, he held a range of underwriting roles at Ecclesiastical and Allianz.
He holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Lancaster University.
